Our sessions are designed to recur so that we build social cohesion. You choose the frequency – whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

They last one hour and are targeted at groups of about 20 people or less. Formats are drawn from the worlds of improvisation, storytelling, and game-play. Our primary goal is to stimulate connection between remote colleagues, but we do this by stimulating participant’s minds.

Many of our formats feature game play of some sort, and most foster agile skills.

You’ll have the same host for every session, and in time they’ll feel almost feel like a team member.

You choose the frequency of your sessions: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

You will have the same host every session, to ensure consistency and familiarity.

We tailor the delivery of every session to the social dynamics of that specfic group.

Our sessions are designed to be interactive between the participants, i.e., your remote teammates.

Our sessions alternate between plenary group mode, and breakout rooms where smaller teams work on a creative mission together.

Our sessions are designed for groups of about 20 people or less. We are flexible though.

If you want a one-off event for a much larger group of people, we have experiene doing these too. The approach and tone tends to be different. Contact us with your inquiry.

Many of our formats derive from theatrical improvisation and foster agile skills such as better listening, flexible thinking, risk-taking, and collaboration.

Whenever a format uses one of these skills the host will debrief on it, so that awareness grows in participants of the skills they’re developing.

Many of our formats use game play… Em, because it’s fun.

We use storytelling in our formats quite a lot. Usually it’s in a collaborative setting, where small groups of people have to generate new elements of fictional stories together.

We do this in diverse genres such as fairytales, myths, Disney movies, superhero stories, horror, documentary, and more on.

In addition to our agile skills and game playing formats, we have a range of educational sessions that look at some fascinating subject area.

These also feature breakout room work, where participants work in smaller groups.

Examples are Visual Structure, Native English Slang (variations in Ireland, England, Scotland, Australia), Art History – Van Gogh, Game Theory.

FORMATS

Our formats come either as stand-alone sessions or packages of four related sessions (e.g. four collaborative storytelling format, each using a different genre. The choice is yours.
